When I started NACA, on my boyfriend’s recommendation, naturally I was skeptical.  Who offers anyone the opportunity to own a home with no down payment, no closing costs, the lowest rate in the industry and your credit doesn’t have to be perfect?  I went to a workshop in January 2016.  By March 24th 2016 I was out shopping for a home.  Found a property on May 5th.  The first thing you need to do is make sure all your things are in order.  This will help the process go a lot faster and smoother.  I am so grateful for teh effort that Shari and Cameron put into my case.
