I’m Jania, I’m here at the Hartford NACA office. Today we just closed on a three family property in Derby, Connecticut. The price was $465,000 at a rate of 5.25%. We actually buy down our rate, we got some seller credits to lower it. And I’m really, really satisfied with that rate. And my mortgage payment with that rate would actually be about $3,381. I also was able to get a rehab escrow account for $30,000 added to that loan so that I could do some repairs upon closing.
