We’re new homeowners to the NACA program, and we just wanted to give some words of advice and encouragement to people who may be considering using this program to purchase your home. We’re first time homebuyers, now homeowners. And so, one of the main things that I would probably encourage someone to do through this process is just to make sure you have all your documentation, make sure you have any tax records, any w-2s, your checks, those things like that in line, because that’ll kind of limit the amount of downtime between processes of the program.

Also, you know, stay in close contact with your counselors, both your qualification counselor and your mortgage counselor. Also select Cassandra Martin as a realtor. She’s awesome. She’s been great throughout this process. She has been like family to us. We are so thankful for her. NACA is a great program. You will receive a lot of support and they want nothing but the best for you. We thank you guys again!
