I’m just so excited. I am just crying. It’s just been such an experience and I’m just so grateful to be here. This program has done so much for me that I didn’t think was possible. They helped me to finally achieve my dream and it just is so surreal. I’m so grateful for NACA. I purchased a duplex and it’s located in Little Rock and It’s spacious. It’s everything that I thought it would be. I love it. I love everything about it. I will be paying less and it feels great. I’m gonna be able to save. I’ll be able to put more money towards the things that I want to do especially towards my family. It’s my amazing mortgage counselor, Brian Hall. He just made everything happen. He was always available, always so nice. He worked with me every step of the way. I was asking probably the same questions 30 times and he was just so patient with me. He has just been amazing. Starting off I was like, what? No down payment. No closing costs. No mortgage insurance. What’s behind that curtain? But it’s true. It’s all true. It’s such a dream to be here to be in this position to finally get the keys. I’m so you elated. I’m just, I’m grateful
