Our experience with NACA has been an overall great experience.  We recommend that you stay extremely organized and on top of your paperwork and documents required.  We found it helpful to read the NACA forum for questions we needed answers to quickly.  It also helped prepare us for next steps and meetings with our NACA counselor.  Our counselor was a great resource throughout our process.  He gave viable advice and guided us expertly to the end.  the benefits of NACA are unsurpassed.  If we were buying a home again right now, we would without a doubt choose NACA again!  Be patient, prudent, and prepared.
