We are the Higgs and James Family. We’re closing here in the NACA office in Raleigh,  but we’re buying Greenville, North Carolina. It’s perfect for us. It’s small, but you can see that it can be a home. And I’m really excited about that. It’s very encouraging too when you think that, hey, I don’t know if I can do this. They tell you, yeah, you can do this. So it makes home ownership possible. We work with great people. Our mortgage counselor was blunt. He told us the truth. And I was worried because our income is not the highest or anything. So I was really worried that would be an issue. We got a good mortgage rate, which I didn’t think they existed 5.25%! Yeah. I was like, how? Stop it. Yeah, NACA makes things happen for you.
