I’m so excited. My house is located in Rex, Georgia. It’s a three-bedroom, two-bath, nice size front and backyard, single level with a two-car garage with a 4.625% interest rate. Listen to the mortgage counselor when they tell you how much you need to save for your insurance or where you’re standing. So that would be my number one advice, is to follow them. If you follow them, you’ll get through the program pretty easy.  Shout out to my realtor, Efron and also to Kim Williams, my mortgage counselor. They both make the process very easy and fluid.
