Good morning everyone. My name is Amauris Hernandez and I’m a recent new home buyer with NACA. I purchased my property in Union, New Jersey and it is a four family property. I can’t believe it. I’m going from literally living in my parents’ basement to becoming a first time home buyer, landlord of a four family property. It’s absolutely insane to me. This is an opportunity to really achieve an American dream of being able to not only buy a home in such difficult times with high interest rates, high property costs and everything, but I’m doing this by myself as a young single college graduate. Well, I’m not single, I have a girlfriend. I just really look forward to the opportunity of also being a landlord and I anticipate this property actually being profitable enough for me to be able to financially support my parents’ retirement, my sister’s college fund. So I’m just eternally grateful for NACA, my amazing agent, Larry Morris and everyone on the NACA team who made this dream happen. So thank you.
