Vanessa was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable.  She knows the program front and back. She was very encouraging and told me what I needed to do to get qualified.  I’m so glad I stuck with NACA and listened.  Felicia was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.  She truly acted on my behalf and made sure I understood everything.  She was always responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls.  I’m very grateful and thankful for both of them.
