I have always wanted to be a homeowner.  I grew up in a single parent household and my mother always rented.  I have a young daughter and want her to grow up in a nice home.  As a single parent because my daughter’s father passed away, I never thought it was possible, but the NACA program helped me get a home for my daughter and I.  I have a great interest rate and didn’t have to pay a down payment or tons of fees.  I will forever be grateful to the NACA program.  Thank you NACA and my knowledgeable mortgage counselor for everything!!
