Although it has been a long bumpy road, the end result is totally worth it!  My mortgage counselor, Fanny, was awesome in helping me every step of the way and dealing with my emotions.  This program is totally worth everything you go through.  My best advice to anyone getting into the program would be to be proactive and make sure you have all paperwork readily available.  The program works and it really is worth it!!
