We just purchased with the NACA program. We purchased in Ansonia, Connecticut for $400,000 at a rate of 5.75%  The NACA program has been amazing to work with. We have two or three really great people that helped us: Michael Swanson, our agent Michael and our coordinator Tony. The process has been great for our new construction.
