I could not believe this is real until the day of the closing.  I have foreclosure and delinquent on my credit. I went through rigorous screening of NACA underwriting, it was frustrating and strenuous.  At the end of the day, its really worth the sacrifice.  I got one of the best interest rates available (2.5%) and my dream house.  I will continue to spread this good news to my friends and enemies.  Why rent when there is NACA?  I appreciate all the wonderful staff of NACA, Ms. Cook with her motherly advice, Ms. Darlene so great and patient and Ms. Nicole no time for b/s, but always take care of business.  Love y’all!!
