Grant – Single

I heard about NACA from my brother a few years ago.  At the time I was still in college and not ready to buy, but I never forgot the things he told me.  Fast forward a few years after graduating college and moving back to Charleston, I was finally ready to put down some roots.  I compared NACA to other first time homebuyers programs in the state and given my credit I decided that NACA was the best option for me.  My introduction workshop was June 27th 2015 and I closed on my home June 1st 2016. During that time my NACA mortgage counselor worked with me to establish a budget, increase my savings and paying bills on time.  I know there is no way I would have been able to purchase my own home without NACA’s amazing program.  I would strongly recommend NACA to anyone in the market for a new home!!
