I’m at a loss for words.  I’m so happy that I decided to stick with this process.  It was a long road but I’m glad to say that I did it and I’m done.  I now own a home that is perfect for me and my son.  With an interest rate of 1.25%, I can’t be happier.  I just want to thank NACA for walking me through everything and making sure that I understood the process.  Nicole Williams was my MC and she was very knowledgeable and I know that I can continue to reach out to her for advice which is the beauty of this program.
