Hello, my name is Francisco. I’m here with my wife, Crystal. We just signed to close in our new home. The purchase price was at $230,000. And we are currently paying an interest rate of $4.875% which was really great. Lower than the average, I would say. We’re very excited. It’s going to be in the county of Palm Beach County. And we’re super excited to move in. We want to give a special shout out to the office of Mr. Steve Greenspan and our realtor here, Mr. Gustonville and our counselor, Ms. Sheneathia. They’ve been really helpful and they were pretty good at guiding us through this process. Yeah, even if it’s your first time and you’re not from this country like me and don’t know the rules or how it works, NACA is the best option. There has been really a helping hand for everything of this process. And we’re very thankful for them.
