I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with NACA.  I would highly recommend this program to anyone who will listen!  My realtor was the best!  He was very responsive and we were able to get under contract within 24 hours of the listing.  My counselor was also great.  We were able to close before the 30 days.  If you stay on top of all the required documents, you can get through the closing without issues!
