This is a dream. My monthly mortgage payment is $2,400. and my interest rate is 4.5%. Yeah! Everything is upgraded. Everything, metal roof, everything. It’s just, it’s a dream. My son’s ready to go to college. (My advice to others) This is going to be your home. Period. Whatever you put into it, is what you get out of it. Simple as that. The harder you work, it’s going to be rewarding at the end. This is your house. If you want it bad enough, you’re going to work for it. This is it.
