NACA is an amazing program that offers buyers a chance to own a home with the lowest possible payment and interest rate.  We are closing on our home with a 2.1% interest rate, saving thousands in closing costs and mortgage payments over the life of the loan.  The staff and mortgage counselor were all very helpful and informative. Overall, the process took longer than I would have wanted, but it is definitely working in my families favor.  If you stay on top of the requirements, be responsive and follow up regularly, NACA will work for your advantage.  be patient, be organized, and be responsive.  It’s a great program.
