Hi, I’m Alexis and I just purchased a four unit multi-property in the heart of DC. I use the NACA program, no closing costs, no down payment, 3.75% interest rate. I mean, it’s a dream come true. It’s America’s best kept secret. So I was able to get almost $40k grand in seller’s credit and I used that to buy down my interest rate. So instead of, I think the national average right now is about 7%, I have a 3.75% interest rate. I’m actually gonna do a whole remodel, just a general kind of facelift of the units, new bathrooms, new kitchens, and I was able to get that rehab financing lumped into my loan. Hopefully I can get tenants in here about, you know, three months in after the renovations, and then I’ll have, you know, three months of reserves set up for when I do have to start making my mortgage payments.
