I found the NACA program through friends at church. It was hard to believe what they were telling me was true about how to buy a house without a down payment, closing costs and being able to buy down the rate. I am here to tell you that it is TRUE! I bought a house, much larger than I would have been able to buy with a traditional loan program. The seller and I were able to buy down my rate to less than 1%, yes, I said less than 1%. My family and I are enjoying our new, big house thanks to NACA.
