I’m a happy new homeowner thanks to NACA!! Before going through the program I thought I was not going to be able to buy a property any longer.  Prices went up and this made it impossible for me to qualify through a conventional or FHA loan.  With NACA I didn’t have to worry about missing out on my DREAM.  I was qualified right away.  On February 16, 2017 I closed escrow and became the owner of a 3-unit property in Long Beach!  Now I live only one mile from the beach.  Thank you NACA!!
