Two of my brothers bought their house through the NACA program, and they loved it.  They told me about the “no down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance” and all the other goodies about NACA.  I was hooked.  It has been a long journey but I hung in til the end because I understood the benefit.  I bought a beautiful house and I still have most my money in the bank.  For anyone who wants to buy through NACA, PLEASE.  Don’t be in a rush.  I want to thank NACA and the founder for starting such a great organization that helps the little guys.
