I am closing today. My closing interest rate is 6.75%  I am so excited I’m becoming a first-time home owner. No more renting. No more yearly increases on my rent, I’ll be I’m locked in to a 6.75%. So every year I know what my mortgage payment would be so I’m excited about that. I have a home where my family and my friends come and stay and visit and you know We could just all enjoy each other.  I chose is a three-bedroom home I love it because it’s mine. It’s a home where I can make it to my liking.  So it has some of the fixtures and things like Open floor plan. So those are the main things of why I chose this home. This is my first time purchasing a home.  The best part of the NACA process was having to interact with my counselor Brian He had so much patience. I at times got anxious, but he was very patient with me Excellent. So tell us about your family and how they feel about this new home. Well I have two older sisters and they are so excited for me because this is my first home and now they know that they have somewhere to come and visit and stay all night and just have a good time. So everyone is excited. I would like to thank NACA the founders of NACA because they were the ones who created this program for individuals who probably wouldn’t be able to get a loan approved.
