My home price purchase price was $285,000. My interest rate is 4.625%. I’m excited to have a monthly payment of $1,667, which is less than what I was paying in rent. It’s a four-bedroom home, two baths, and I just love the amount of property that I have with it. My neighbors are not on top of me. I have no closing costs, no down payment, and no PMI, and I just want to thank Ms. Slater and the entire NACA team for the great support and allowing me to become a homeowner.
