My experience overall was a good experience. We had a lot of issues with one of my credit reports that gave us a lot of problems. Despite the issues O.J. really did a great job of guiding me through and helping to get all the issues ironed out as fast as he could. Also Liz Martinez was a great help in making sure I had the right documents and keeping me informed of my file status.  I learned that patience is virtue! I found the program is great for anyone no matter your credit situation.  I already have recommended people!
