I moved to Charleston, SC back in August from Kentucky.  My coworker told me all about the NACA program and encouraged me to sign up for one of the workshops since I was in the market to purchase a new home.  I signed up for the December class and scheduled my meeting with the loan officer in January.  By February I was walking out of the office with an approval.  At the end of March and mid April I was giving the OK from NACA underwriting and now I’m scheduled to close by the end of May.  I am very excited and I would recommend this program to anyone in the process of buying a home.
