I am a mother of (5) children. I have (3) sons in the military and (2) daughters at home with me.   I was on Section 8 for 2years paying $755.00 a month. I heard about the NACA program attending the purchase workshop and the process began.  I am truly appreciative of NACA for their program for I was able to purchase my home.  I currently now pay $505.35 and my interest rate is 2.75% fixed for the life of my loan.  This is a blessing for me and my family.  I have worked hard and now it is paying off for me to have my home.  I had a great counselor K. Tolbert, she is a counselor that everyone need to experience.
