We found out about NACA through some of our friends that had purchased around the time we started looking. We’re buying a single family unit in Holyoke and we’re going to be doing a little bit of renovation. We will do the flooring, but everything else looks pretty good.

We had to save up the money, and it took a couple months to get everything going, but once we got it going, it was great working with them. We’re pretty happy with the process and saving the money that we’re saving with the lower interest rate and the lack of closing fees.

Having our own space is big. We currently live with our parents just to save the money. So having our own space, doing what we want, starting our life just on our own is going to be really nice, and we’re excited!
