It’s amazing. We’re excited and we can’t wait to be in our home.  First time home buyers ready to get this complete, finally get settled in our new home.  The neighborhood seems to be like really quiet and just peaceful and we love the size of our home and it’s a four-bed two and a half bed. Well-rounded, good location. We have a big yard. For me it’s been truly a blessing just being able to you know with the terms that we had. It’s I think it was obviously like really affordable to us.    Be patient with the process. It’s a good program. I do highly encourage people to check it out and to definitely just try to do the program. Our realtor Jason and of course our mortgage counselor Londreia. It’s been a pretty smooth process with both of them and honestly we wouldn’t be able to do it without them.
