This has been an amazing, educational experience!  It was truly not the hair-pulling experience I hear often people talk about after having gone through brokers and conventional banks.  You will learn a lot.  NACA staff were great to work with.  My realtor was the absolute best.  My counselor was very patient and my closing attorney – too funny!!
