Hello my interest rate was 3.75%  (How did you hear about the program?) from a friend. Mr. Paul Zach was my counselor and Mr. Mosay Hari. was my Realor.  This economy kind of gives hope to be a homeowner and maybe to make a American dream. (I’ve been in the program) for eight months. My advice, prepare your documents ahead of time. Start saving ahead of time. And don’t spend a lot. Thank you.
