NACA is a great purchase program.  Maribel Barcenas was my loan officer and Luis Rios was my agent referred by NACA.  Together they worked so well to make this journey a bit painless.  It took us a little over a year to finally close on a home.  It takes a lot of work and dedication but so well worth it in the end.  I feel we got a great interest rate of 2.75% without a buy down and “0” down gives us flexibility to use our funds for other things.  i would recommend this program to every person looking for a home and give them the advise of being very patient, it’s all worth it at the end.
