It’s a beautiful two-unit building. It’s got a nice finished basement. It’s got three bedrooms in each unit. One bathroom, nice little back deck, two lot parking area in the back. So really excited about it.  I get to put my own little touches on it as well. I make it real nice and comfortable for me and my family. First time home owner.   It means a lot. It means community. It means stability for me and my family. It means, you know, access to generational wealth and things that I can pass home to my children and just resources for me and the people I love. I’m trying to take full advantage of it.  I always knew that I had a resource along the way and that they wouldn’t leave me astray. So that’s definitely a reassuring feeling to have when you’re doing this for the first time. So that was definitely a benefit of participating in the NACA program.  Just try to learn as much as you can on your own so that way you’re not completely ignorant to what’s going on and you can ask some sound questions and kind of further get you, get your understanding as much as possible before you actually own the home. And that’ll just help your transition go a lot smoother. That’ll help you grow as soon to be a real estate owner or property owner.  Thank you, thank you.
