NACA is a phenomenal program. I started signing up for workshops in 2013 and never attended until September of 2014. Even after the workshop I wasn’t to sure. In October I met with my counselor OJ and his information was extremely detailed and motivational. OJ gave me a step by step breakdown of what we were doing and why we were doing it. He made sure that I understood that it was up to my efforts but he’d definitely be there each step. Once I was qualified NACA had me attend a buyers workshop which gave me extremely helpful information on specifics of what to look for, what to expect, how the max payment amount would include, as well as taxing information. With NACA I was able to purchase the home that I dreamed of with GREAT interest rate of 1.75%. I highly recommend the program to any and everyone. Although I don’t think I would, if I was to ever purchase another home it definitely would be through NACA again.
