Overall our experience was good, we learned a lot, and it helped us to be more patient.  The process is long, but it’s good to have everything you need ahead of time.  We also liked the buy-down rate which is something everyone is surprised about even us.  We are glad we came with this program.  They did help a lot. They taught us many things about the home buying process.  Be patient, have all your paperwork, and it will be fine.
