We began our NACA journey in June 2016 and attended our first appointment in September.  We met with our counselor 2 times before we were NACA qualified in December.  In the beginning the process moved very quickly.  We found a house and were able to close in March 2017 with an interest rate of 2%! That type of rate is unheard of! You have to be patient but the program definitely works!
