I was qualified for an FHA loan back in 2015 for $275K.  In Los Angeles  this will not buy anything.  I heard about NACA in July 2015 and thought I would give it a shot.  I wanted to purchase a multi-unit building and the program really interested me in regards to how they structure multi-family loans.  After meeting with my counselor Kraig I realized I qualified for a loan over $700k for a multi family unit.  At this point I was hooked and nothing was going to stop me from closing.  Kraig is an excellent source of information and is extremely helpful on top pf being a great communicator.  Staying on top of all the paperwork is the hardest part, and like all good things in life, it takes patience getting through the work w/HAND and Citi but it does pay off!!  NACA is the best! Stick with it.  Get through it.  OWN a home!!
