My name is Cachet Cook and I am very excited about this new journey I’m about to embark on. It’s my first time purchasing a home at 40 but hey, any time is a great time to get started. I feel like I will now have something that I can pass on to my children and that they can continue to pass on through our family. So we have three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a finished basement. My favorite room in the house is the kitchen.  My monthly payment is $1,568 My interest rate was 5.375% which is lower than the market currently.
