NACA as a program is great! They give many people the opportunity to become homeowners when many lenders would not.  They are mindful to keep costs low and with the budget, members are taught a lot about money management and what truly are your wants versus needs.  I appreciate the calculator on the website because it helped me to see the “honest” figures.
