I became a NACA member in January 2016.  My wife and I gathered all information and documents and had our first meeting with council in May 2016.  Unfortunately, we had a rough patch and after making multiple offers in 5 different properties, God blessed us with the right home.  Today, we sit in a $167k home with a 2.75% APR.  What I can share to all involved with NACA is that it is worth running the extra mile and completing the process.  Best Luck to all and thank you NACA.
