Hi we’re the Coleman’s. We’re closing today in El Paso, Texas on our very first home. We are so excited to be starting 2025 in a place that we can call our own. We worked with NACA for about a year through the Houston office and we really want to thank April Mayfield. She was our first loan counselor who really worked with us to get us NACA qualified. We’d like to thank Elizabeth Davis as our mortgage officer who helped us get to closing today. We really want to thank our realtor Matt McMenamin for all of our showings on the countless homes that we viewed and for our laughter, our friendship and our coffee breaks. We are just so excited to be starting 2025 in our home. We did get a purchase price of $212,400 with an interest rate of 5.75% and our payment is going to be $1,728. It means the world to us.  NACA has made this dream come possible for us while we’re living here in El Paso and we look forward to creating memories and just living and loving each other in that house.
