Hi, my name is Farah and I’m closing with the NACA Houston office. My counselor is Carl Williams. I purchased the home in the city of Houston for $295,000 with the interest rate of 5.5%. A friend of mine went through the program and he suggested I go through it as well. For future NACA members,  just go ahead and do it. Do the program. It’s the best bang for your buck. And to tell you the truth I gain two friends. My realtor, Shamar is really a good friend of mine now. And I feel the same way about Carl Williams. So thank you very much NACA, you made things way easier for me. I would not have done this by myself.
