I became a NACA member in August 2014.  The program seemed long and tedious but it was well worth the results.  I got approved February 2015 and went on the long journey of finding the perfect house of my dreams. I finally found a new construction townhouse in June 2015.  It took 7 months to build the 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 baths with 1 car garage in a gated community in one of the highest cost markets in the Atlanta, GA area which is Marietta, GA.  The most exciting thing about this house is that I got to select every thing of my choice.

I would like to say that this is the best program for buying a house.  I am a first time homeowner and I bought down my interest rate to 1.75 % on a 134.200 loan with BOA.  I am very blessed to have gone through the NACA program and I have spread the word to everyone I know who is interested in becoming a homeowner.  The main thing I can express is to follow whatever steps the counselor advise and you will have a happy result in finding the house of your dreams.

Good luck to future homeowners and don’t give up. The program is well worth it.
