I started the NACA process around 9/2015.  I was certified at my first appointment but the house search process touch quite a bit longer than I had expected.  This was mostly due to the low number of properties available and bidding wars on the properties I liked.  I finally found the house of my dreams in 4/2016 and the inspection process and HAND clearing went well and w/o issue.  I am satisfied with the house I bought and the assistance I received.
