Hi, my name is Jessica Campbell. Right now, I’m sitting in the attorney’s office walking towards the steps of closing on my first property. I’m so thankful for this opportunity to be able to work alongside with nacas to be able to fulfill my longtime dream of owning a home. I have so many individuals I want to thank for participating and helping me get towards this. I want to thank my mortgage counselors, Barbara and Deandra, for getting me and making sure that my finances were clear and I understand what I’m able to receive. I want to thank David and Nadira. Those are my real estate, um, listing agents, and I’m so thankful for their knowledge and skill to be able to guide me through these steps. I want to thank my attorney. She’s able to go through so much documentation and understanding all the things that I needed to get through this home buying step. I’m so grateful and thankful for NACA for being able to provide education, support and guidance through this process. I started in April of 2024. Um, I flew down Atlanta to be able to be in the the one day program and I was approved in in May. By June, I met with my real estate attorney, sorry, my real estate agent, David, and we identified the property.I was in contract by September and now November 15th, I’m signing my closing papers. I’m so grateful to God, my family and the napkin community for supporting me.
