We are grateful to take the time to spread the word about NACA, America’s best mortgage program.  We are forever grateful to NACA and the Newark NACA staff for helping us fulfill a dream come true of being able to own our home.  I had previously gone through the NACA program as a single person and I purchased a co-op in Brooklyn.  I sold the co-op in Brooklyn and was able to use NACA again with my husband. We found a townhouse in Orange County, NY.  It was important for us as a family to be able to make this step for us and our son for his future.  NACA once again helped us through the process of home buying, from helping us straighten out our credit, using a NACA recommended real estate attorney and a NACA recommended home inspector.  What makes NACA the best mortgage program? They offer what no other program does, no down payment, no closing costs. It’s true!  Homeownership is not just the American Dream. Homeownership is important for a family and a family’s legacy NACA helps make it a reality.
