Congratulations to myself and everybody involved in NACA program.  You guys are great, you helped me out. NACA is a beautiful program, no down payments, no closing fees. I was able to actually buy my interest rate down as well, which is great. Interest rates are crazy right now, so you have an option to buy it down. And it’s not credit based even.  My interest rate is 5%. My new home is nice, it’s in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s two stories, it has everything that I need in it. It took a little while to find what was good, a good fit for me, but we did. With the help of my realtor Carla, she’s the best. Carla Hardy, you guys check her out. My mortgage counselor was Kim Williams. Kim Williams. She’s great, she responded after hours a lot of times. I can tell that she wasn’t doing it just for a job. She actually loves to help people. One piece of advice that I’d give someone is to stay focused, don’t give up, and pay attention to your spending habits. Pay attention to how much money you save. I mean, I’m proof that it can work.
