Being able to close on a homeless than 6 months after starting this process and without having to “break the bank”, is such an amazing feeling.  What a wonderful Christmas present to myself!  As with every home buying experience, it felt long and stressful but the outcome makes every bit of it worth it.  I am very grateful for this program and process.
