Woohoo!   I just brought in Lithonia, GA.  My interest rate was 4.5%. I am paying only $100 more than I was paying in rent. $100 more to be a homeowner.  I feel great.  I got a check back at closing. I did it all by myself.   My counselor was Maria Aldridge and she was very, very responsive to all of my calls and she was actually very proactive in the process in making sure that we brought everything to fruition here.   I remember the first time I came to NACA, I just couldn’t believe I was going to be a homeowner. And just to have something that was our own was life-changing. My house has like 1,600 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms.which is more than enough and we loved it.   It’s a lovely house.  Mrs Adams, my realtor, the one and only. Thank you.
